Approve days and pay your crew

What you need
  • An admin login
  • A funded wallet

Pay comes from the attendance record, not from a typed timesheet. You approve what the gate recorded, and the money follows.

  1. Review the attendance

    Open the site's attendance for the period. Each worker's days show their check-in and check-out times.

  2. Approve worked days

    Approve the days that were worked. Approved attendance becomes an approved amount for each worker.

  3. Fund your wallet

    Fund your Buildpal wallet with the amount to be paid.

  4. Payouts run on schedule

    Workers receive their pay in their wallet and withdraw it to mobile money. Payouts run on a schedule, not as a favour.

  5. Track each payout

    Each payout shows its status: queued, processing, paid or failed. A failed payout shows its reason, and the money returns to the worker's wallet.
