Dispute a rating or a pay day

If a rating looks unfair or a day's pay looks wrong, you can dispute it. Here is how, and what happens next.

Disagreements are settled against the record, not by who shouts loudest.

  1. Check the record first

    Look at the day in your wallet or the rating on your profile. Your taps at the gate show when you were on site.

  2. Open a dispute

    Choose the rating or the day and open a dispute. Say briefly what is wrong.

  3. What happens next

    The dispute is reviewed against the record: your taps, the approvals and the booking.

  4. Unfair reviews are removed

    Reviews that are abusive, personal or retaliatory are removed, not averaged into your score.
