Record attendance with the Field App

What you need
  • The Field App
  • A supervisor login

The Field App is the simplest way to start recording attendance: a supervisor's phone and the day's roster.

  1. Open the day's roster

    In the Field App, open the site and today's roster. It lists the workers booked for the day.

  2. Check workers in

    Check each worker in as they arrive. The time is recorded with your name, so the record shows who confirmed it.

  3. Check workers out

    Check workers out when they leave, so the day's hours are complete.

  4. Correct mistakes before approval

    If you checked in the wrong person, correct it before the day is approved.
